1. How are Yeta Hair VIP Club levels determined?
Yeta Hair VIP Club levels are determined based on the customer’s cumulative spending in the past 12 months. We have five membership levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level comes with different member benefits.
2.How are Yeta Hair VIP Club levels evaluated and changed?
Upon joining the membership program, each customer is assigned a level based on their cumulative spending in the past 12 months starting from the day of registration. Membership levels are re-evaluated daily. If your cumulative spending meets the requirements for a higher level, you will be automatically upgraded. Likewise, if your spending no longer meets the requirements, you may be downgraded to the appropriate level.
3. How can I earn points?
You will earn points based on your total spending amount. For every $1 spent (excluding shipping and handling fees), you will receive 1 point. For eligible existing customers who had transactions before June 30th, 2024 and made purchases within the past 12 months, and have entered our membership system, additional points will be awarded based on their membership level.
7.Do the points have an expiration date?
Yes, your points will expire one year from the calculation date. For example, if your calculation date is January 1, 2024, the points accumulated between January 1, 2024, and January 1, 2025, will expire on January 1, 2025. Whenever points expire, your point the balance will be reset to zero, and you will need to accumulate new points through purchases.
4.What can I do with the points?
You can redeem your points for specific rewards and discounts. Here are the redemption rules:
1000 points can be redeemed for $50 OFF
750 points can be redeemed for $25 OFF
350 points can be redeemed for $10 OFF
200 points can be redeemed for $5 OFF
5.If I haven't entered the membership system before, how can I start earning points?
If you haven’t entered the membership system before, you will need to start earning points from 0 according to the rules. For every $1 spent (excluding shipping and handling fees), you will earn 1 point.
6.I am an existing customer who has entered the membership system. Will I receive additional points?
Yes, for eligible existing customers who had transactions before June 30th, 2023 and made purchases within the past 12 months, and have entered our membership system, additional points will be awarded based on their membership level.
